We've taken our Subaru to a dealer for service for years. Two visits just months ago. Always expensive. How is it that the dealer missed the leaking antifreeze? Almost destroyed the engine when the car overheated. Xpertech found problems the dealer never identified and got the car running again. Thank you, Xpertech.

Very satisfied with it .Got signed in on time, chose to stay in waiting room and look around while car was being serviced. Then a little over an hour it was ready. Not the usual helpful place. No explanations were given for the work needed. No coffee offered during my two hour wait. Ended up gettings at Tire Kingdom at a much lower price. Hopefully my next visit to expertech will be better.
The service advisors were courteous, kind and very helpful, but most of all, efficient. They will tell you if there are any additional services that need to be done , or recommendations . But they do not push them on you. Plus they did offer AAA or military discount

Brought in my 97 ranger for new switch. Also wanted full inspection of entire truck, found some issues. I expected additional repairs. I also have a few additional services to complete. Let me start by saying I’m a 63 year-old male and I’ve had a lot of experience with automotive shops and by far Experience Is one of the top notch shop I have ever been to and this is my story. My wife and I are from Ohio and we traveled to Inglewood Florida and on the way we had a problem with oil either burning or leaking did not know took the vehicle to experience. They called me the next day and Show showed me photographs of underneath my vehicle of a rusted oil filter that would never changed from one of these oil companies that set up these flyby night oil change places it was fixed that day and the read out that they gave me was just letting me know what was coming up with my car that needed to be worked on in the future I highly recommend experience top-notch work. I would like to thank them again.

I was a walk in with a driver's window that was not working and was able to bring the car in the next morning. It was completed by early afternoon and they were professional and went over my car to let me know what future repairs may be needed which I really appreciate. They also gave me a coupons and a free oil change for no charge when I need one in the future.I would definitely recommend this service station for anyone but especially women because they are very up front and honest and they don't dismiss you like your just money.They listen and they are trustworthy. Oh and they guarantee this widow work for 3 years!! I say that shows their confidence in the work they do.

I had an absolutely awesome experience. I was driving on I 75 and lost all fuel while I drifted to the side of the road. Got towed to this random shop because my options were limited. They were outstanding. They started working on my truck first thing in the morning and had a diagnosed and the parts ordered and in the process of being delivered within an hour. They got me back on the road before noon the same day.

Went in for AC repair was quoted $4300!!! That is insane!’ Went down to JSN the same repairs are $1695.Plus a LIFETIME warranty on parts. I used to trust these girls but I no longer do. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me.

We simply encourage comparing estimates line by line to make sure they include the same repairs and recommended components, rather than comparing a complete repair to a partial one. After a disappointing meeting and a misdiagnosis with my long term mechanic a friend recommended XperTech. They quickly treated my overheating car with new parts and sent texts along the way to keep me informed. They also finished the job in record time!!
